Working with us
Our consultants work directly with clients from the first scoping conversation through to handover, across culture, reward, compliance and recruitment. The work is varied, the exposure is senior, and the standard expected on documentation and analysis is high.
We recruit for consulting experience where we can find it, but we also take experienced in-house HR practitioners who want broader exposure than a single organisation can offer.
