Our five core services
Culture transformation. Diagnosis of the culture as it is actually lived, then changes to the systems, incentives and manager behaviour that sustain it.
Job architecture and pay progression. Role families, levels, job evaluation and pay ranges in NGN, with a progression logic employees can understand.
HR advisory and compliance. Audits, retained advice and project support across the Labour Act, the NDPA 2023 and statutory remittances.
Recruitment. Sourcing, structured assessment, verification and offer management for roles in Lagos and across Nigeria, including executive search.
HR policy development. Employee handbooks and procedures written for line managers, with templates, briefing and an annual review.

Process design only holds if the tooling supports it. For applicant tracking, structured scorecards, interview scheduling and pipeline reporting we work alongside MoonTrack HR, our recruitment technology partner, and build the assessment framework that runs inside it.
