How engagements are priced

Project work is quoted as a fixed fee against a written scope, so the cost does not move unless the scope does. Typical projects include an HR compliance audit, a job architecture and pay review, a policy map and handbook, or a culture diagnosis.

Retained advisory is priced monthly in NGN against a defined response time and an agreed number of advisory hours, with project work quoted separately when it arises.

Recruitment is charged either as a percentage of first year remuneration or as a fixed fee for defined hiring programmes, agreed before any search begins.

What is included

Every quotation names the deliverables, the timeline, the people involved and the assumptions the fee rests on. Travel and third party costs are shown separately rather than absorbed into the headline figure.

The initial scoping conversation is at no cost. If we do not think the work is worth doing, or is better handled internally, we will say so.
